Kathmandu, April 25
On Sunday night, a massive fire broke out at Kamerotar, Madhyapurthimi Municipality-5.
The fire that broke out at the Greenware Sanitary Warehouse of Rajan Prajapati, a local, has destroyed goods worth tens of millions of rupees, even though no casualties were reported.
Only this morning, a team of Nepal Army, Armed Police Force, and Nepal Police brought the fire under control.
Thimi DSP Harinandan Chaudhari of the Metropolitan Police Circle said the fire was brought
under control with the help of the fire brigade and security personnel.
According to him, the fire destroyed most of the chemicals, machinery, and other items in the warehouse.
He informed that the details of the property damaged by the fire will come only in the
afternoon.
