On Wednesday, Biplav stated that the party will support the people in all aspects and would not take part in the election. He was speaking at a party introduction session in Kathmandu. He promised to talk about the Revolutionary Front in order to push nationalist objectives.
He also stated that the State Partnership Program (SPP) for US Military Assistance would never be put into action. He declares that he would oppose it, charging that the nation is trying to create dependency by seizing resources and tools.
In terms of MCC and SPP, he added, Congress was dedicated to the United States. He agreed with the need that the students arrested during the protest against MCC post bail totaling millions of rupees. He claimed to have heard several leaders discussing their plans to prohibit the alliance of other parties with the king.
Biplav made it clear that the fight will go on until the people received all their rights.
