Minister Kunwar stated that the Terai Development and Communication Center will efficiently expand and implement social security during an event on Thursday in Kathmandu. He said that Nepalis working informally, for themselves, or abroad will also be covered by social security. Additionally, he stated that the fund’s facilities will be improved. He claimed that the fund is important since it provides funding for dependent family services and recreational facilities.
The fund is also getting ready to start giving contributors loans under several categories starting on August 17. According to the report, 19.62 billion rupees have been placed into the fund so far.
