Kathmandu, June 17
The US State Partnership Program (SPP), according to Foreign Minister Narayan Khadka, will not be followed since it is not in Nepal’s best interests.
The Foreign Minister told the International Relations Committee of the Federal Parliament that the SPP chapter was closed and that no action would be taken. The meeting includes Chief of Army Staff Prabhuram Sharma and others. The meeting is in progress.
