Kathmandu, June 12
In Nepalgunj, a fire broke out in the Survey Office. During the storm, there was a sudden power outage, and the fire started.
On Saturday evening, a strong wind blew in Nepalgunj. Strong winds also cut off the power
supply for some time.
The fire started around 7 pm on Saturday, according to the Banke District Police Office, and
destroyed computers, furniture, and other items.
The fire was brought under control by the fire brigade and security personnel. SP Shyam
Krishna Adhikari, chief of the District Police Office, Banke, said that the fire damaged
computers, furniture, and other important items of the office.
