Kathmandu, June 12
Candidates from the Nepali Congress were elected unopposed to various posts, including the head of the District Coordination Committee in Bardiya.
Surya Bahadur Bista has been elected Chairman, Amit Kumari Yadav was elected Vice-
Chairman, and Tirtha Prasad Jaisi, Binay Rajbhandari, and Purailal Tharu were elected as
members.
According to Chief Returning Officer District Judge Lok Jung Shah, Khagisara Kami, Chhabibhat Chhetri, and Bimala Tharu were elected unopposed as women members, while Sunita Nepali was elected as a Dalit or minority member.
