Kathmandu, June 3
On Thursday, two persons died in separate incidents in the Baitadi district.
According to police, one person died after falling from a cliff, while the next was found dead. Bhandev Awasthi, 41, of Khipali in Patan Municipality-6, died on the spot after falling from the Bannari cliff near Khipali on Thursday evening, according to Rajendra Singh Bista, ward chair of ward no. 6 of the municipality.
According to Police Inspector Kamal Chaudhary of the Area Police Office, Patan, 52-year-old
Gagan Singh Dhami of Sigas rural municipality-1 was found dead near Gajaribazaar.
The incidents are being investigated, according to police.
