Kathmandu, May 25
On behalf of the party, the CPN-Maoist Center has chosen to give training to local elected
representatives. The party’s central headquarters resolved on Wednesday to give training in Kathmandu to people’s elected representatives who would represent the party in the next local elections on June 1 and 2.
They will be trained by professionals, including UCPN (M) Central Chairman Pushpa Kamal
Dahal Prachanda, according to Shri Ram Dhakal, Chief Secretary of the UCPN (M) Central Office.
Out of 753 local elections, the CPN-Maoist has won 121.
