On the same day, the traffic police took action against 1,752 drivers in Kathmandu Valley.
They were brought to various locations in the Kathmandu Valley for breaking traffic laws.
108 persons were arrested for parking on the sidewalk, 87 for driving under the influence of alcohol, and 76 for violating a red light.
