Kathmandu, April 11
On Monday morning, a team from the Commission for Investigation of Abuse of Authority
arrested Sunil Kumar Jha, the chief of the Dhanusha Land Reform and Land Revenue Office.
A team deployed by the Bardibas office of the Commission arrested Chief Jha from a tea shop at Bhanu Chowk in Janakpurdham along with Rs 500,000 bribe taken from the service recipient.
The team deployed based on confidential information has arrested Chief Jha along with bribe money and further investigation is underway on him, said Gopal Kumar Adhikari, Chief of the Commission, Bardibas.
