Chief Minister of Province 1 Rajendra Kumar Rai has urged industrialists to establish export-
oriented industries to reduce the country’s ballooning trade deficit.
While concluding the Birat Trade Expo in Biratnagar on Sunday, Chief Minister Rai also pledged to formulate policies to facilitate the establishment of industries.
The Chief Minister argued that the entrepreneurs should work to generate employment
opportunities and ensure the country’s prosperity. While adding that the expo played a crucial role in national capital formation, Chief Minister Rai shared that the federal government has initiated a process to release the budget for the construction of the regional international airport in Biratnagar.
