The Nuwakot District Administration Office would register national identity cards for needy
individuals as soon as possible.

The names of the most helpless persons will be recorded immediately, according to Assistant Chief District Officer Ved Prasad Aryal, because the deadline for registering for the national identity card has passed the first week of June.

According to him, if paperwork declaring that registration is urgent is submitted in the first
week of June, the service would be provided the same day.

”Because the number of registration stations has been expanded from one to two,” the administration stated in a statement, ”service will be offered on the same day for those who are waiting for the specified day with the token of the shift system but are in desperate need.”

According to the administration office, the relevant papers linked to the topic should be
presented based on whether the conditions of identification, health treatment, visa permission for overseas travel, participation in any competition, seminar, conference, and so on are important.

The electronic passport has been made mandatory, replacing the present machine-readable
passport (MRP), and the name must be recorded on the national identity card. As a result, the number of people seeking services to obtain a national identity card is increasing across the country, including in Nuwakot, according to Saprajia Aryal of Nuwakot.
