Kathmandu, March 1
The impeachment was filed after Chief Justice Cholendra Shumsher Rana tried to follow the
conspiracy of Balkot, CPN-UML Chairman KP Oli’s residence, according to CPN-Unified Socialist Party Chairman Madhav Kumar Nepal.
Chairman Nepal, speaking at a press conference organized by Unified Socialist in Kathmandu on Tuesday, said the ruling coalition had thwarted a conspiracy to destroy the party on February 13, without mentioning Chief Justice Rana’s name.
He warned the UML Chairman not to underestimate the Unified Socialist Party and to refrain from conspiring against it.
