Kathmandu, January 25
Premier League club Watford fired head coach Claudio Ranieri on Monday.
Watford fired Ranieri just four months after he was appointed coach after a poor performance in the league. Under Ranieri’s leadership, Watford have won just two of 14 games.Watford lost 3-0 to Norwich in the last league game on Friday.
With 18 games left in the league, Watford are in the last three with 14 points this season.
Watford have sacked Ranieri, saying ”changes are needed to get the club out of trouble”.
Watford fired Cisco Munoz last October and appointed Ranieri as coach.
The 69-year-old Italian coach led Leicester City to the Premier League title in the 2015/16
season.
