Kathmandu, Sept 22:
CPN (Maoist Centre) Chairperson Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ lauded the new practice his party adopted to hold meetings virtually by leveraging the technology.
Chairperson Dahal appreciated this move in the meeting of the South Asian Organization Committee under the party’s Diaspora Province Committee commencing virtually from party’s central office at Paris Danda, Kathmandu today.
Stating that people’s system was practiced differently this time, Dahal commended another new practice of letting the province office-bearers and central committee members air their views regarding party’s action-plan in various province consultation meetings. It was a welcome change, he added.
Dahal expressed his confidence that the new practice would bring forth meaningful result for the party.
Suggestions solicited from all provinces and committees of the party would be centralized to prepare a document and present it in the party’s upcoming central committee meeting, he informed.
Central committee members and office-bearers associated in the South Asian Organization Committee marked their virtual presence from various countries and furnished suggestions and voiced their opinions in virtual meeting on Sunday.
