The hearing on the Nepal Citizenship (First Amendment) Ordinance, 2078 BS in the Supreme Court is scheduled for June 10.
Hearing in the bench of Chief Justice Cholendra Jabara, Senior Justice Deepak Kumar Karki and Ishwar Prasad Khatiwada was postponed to Thursday due to lack of time. The ordinance was issued by President Vidyadevi Bhandari on May 30.
Six writ petitions have been filed in the Supreme Court against the ordinance.
