Kathmandu, Nov 24 :
Chairperson of the CPN (Unified Socialist), Madhav Kumar Nepal, has won the election to the member of House of Representatives from Rautahat constituency-1.
Chief Returning Officer of Rautahat district, Matrika Marasini, said Chair Nepal received 33,522 votes.
Nepal’s closest rival Ajay Kumar Gupta of the CPN (UML) got 26,922 votes.
