Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba reorganizes the Council of Ministers

 Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba has reorganized the Council of Ministers.

On the recommendation of the Prime Minister, President Bidyadevi Bhandari has reorganized the existing Council of Ministers in accordance with Article 76 (9) and Article 78 (1) of the Constitution of Nepal.

Along with the restructuring, Mrigendra Kumar Singh Yadav has been appointed as the Minister of Agriculture and Livestock Development, Mohammad Ishtiyaq Rai as the Minister of Physical Infrastructure and Transport, and Pradip Yadav as the Minister of Forest and Environment.

On Monday, President Bhandari administered the oath of office and secrecy to them.

After the swearing-in, the newly appointed ministers have taken charge.

On taking office, Minister for Agriculture Mrigendra Kumar Singh said that he would focus on solving the problem of manure.

Similarly, Minister for Forests and Environment Pradip Yadav, while taking office in the ministry, said that he would work for the betterment of the ministry.

He informed that it has been decided to plant trees at 105 local levels, near rivers, canals, and road ponds. He said that the differences within the party should be understood naturally.

Earlier, President Bhandari had reshuffled the existing cabinet on June 26.
