Kathmandu, June 15
Rabindra Mishra, a former journalist who left the Bibekshil Sajha Party, is planning to join the Rastriya Prajatantra Party.
Mishra, who resigned from the office on May 25 citing disappointing local election results, is
currently working on his RPP entrance homework. According to sources close to Mishra, if there is talk of a job being offered by RPP, he would join the party within a few days.
Mishra had originally proposed appointing a new chairman to replace RPP chairman Rajendra Lingden. After hearing that RPP had rejected it, according to a close leader, there was a mixed reaction to the co-suggestion.
The RPP, on the other hand, has stated that having two chairpersons or a co-chair is not
possible. RPP has formed a dialogue committee, which is directed by General Minister Dhawal Shamsher Rana.
