Kathmandu, June 10
Two bills have been approved by the House of Representatives (HoR). A meeting of the lower house of the federal parliament today approved the Bill Related to Amending Some Acts against Sexual Violence, 2022 and the Bill on Amending Some Acts Related to Criminal Offense and Procedures, 2022.
The lower house unanimously approved the two bills and sent them to the committee for
clause-wise discussion.
The House of Representatives agreed to endorse the bills and forward them to the committee for clause-wise discussion, as presented by Minister of Law, Justice, and Parliamentary Affairs Govinda Prasad Sharma. The two bills will now be discussed in detail by the committee.
