Padma Kumari Aryal, the leader of the major opposition CPN-UML, claims that the Home
Minister ordered the Tribhuvan University to be closed.
She stated the TRI officials’ office was locked with the cooperation of police as a witness under the instruction of Home Minister Bal Krishna Khand, speaking at a House of Representatives hearing today.
Since January 21, the Nepal Student Union has got the Tribhuvan University locked up. ”Should the Ministry of Home Affairs’ activity be stopped or resumed?” She asked.
