Kathmandu, June 7
While there is a discussion of joining the government, the Democratic Socialist Party (LSP) has presented a memorandum to the administration.
Leaders, including LSP Chairman Mahanta Thakur, arrived in Baluwatar and presented Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba with an 11-point memorandum.
There are 11 demands in the memorandum. The Lok Sabha has requested that Resham
Chaudhary, who was imprisoned during the Tharuhat and Madhes movements, be released.
The memorandum also emphasizes the importance of rapidly controlling the unlawful market and inflation.
