Kathmandu, June 5
On Sunday, the weather will be partly cloudy to mainly fair in Province 1, Madhesh Province, Bagmati Province, and Gandaki Province, and generally cloudy to partly cloudy in the rest of the country.
Light to moderate rain with thunder and lightning is forecast in a few places in Province 1,
Madhesh Province, Bagmati Province, and Gandaki Province, as well as one or two places in the rest of the provinces, according to the Meteorological Forecasting Division.
Similarly, Province 1, Madhesh Province, Bagmati Province, and Gandaki Province will be partly to generally cloudy tonight, while the rest of the country will be partly cloudy to mainly fair.
According to the Division, the country is currently under the influence of local winds, a low-
pressure area near Bihar, Uttar Pradesh, India, and Westerly winds, and the impact of this
weather pattern is likely to continue for a few days.
According to the Department, local wind, as well as a low-pressure trough has spread from
Uttar Pradesh, India, to West Bangladesh.
