Re-polling in 24 centers amid tight security

Kathmandu, May 18

At Rautahat, voting has started in 24 polling sites under strict security.

Voting started at 7 a.m. at 24 voting places throughout six Rautahat municipalities, after being postponed for different reasons.

At the polling station, there is a long line of voters. Security workers have been observed
assisting voters in whatever manner they can.

According to Sudip Gautam, election officer for Gadhimai D, the polling is taking place in a
peaceful manner, with the disabled and sick being given priority.
