Kathmandu, May 16
Independent candidate has won the post of ward chairman of Gokarneshwor Municipality
Ward No. 4 of Kathmandu.
Independent candidate Jayaram Mahat won the election by getting 1,037 votes.
His nearest rival Shri Kumar Shrestha of CPN-UML got 929 votes. The counting of votes in 1 to 4 wards of Gokarneshwar has been completed.
