For the local elections in Rasuwa, 800 security officers were mobilized

Kathmandu, May 10

For the upcoming local elections on Friday, 800 security officers have been deployed in Rasuwa.

Eight hundred and one security personnel have been deployed, including Nepal Police, Armed Police Force, and temporary police.

According to Chief District Officer Nawaraj Jaisi, the district has mobilized 294 Nepal Police, 288 temporary police, and 219 armed police for the election. For the election on Friday, the district has 34 polling stations and 51 polling booths.

All security officers will monitor and guard the voting booth, according to Chief District Officer Jaisi.
