The fund said on Monday that sealed bids for the auction must be submitted within 35 days.

The information about the building auction, including all the shutters, has been disclosed by the fund.

Tamang owns 50% of the CTC mall and is presently imprisoned on fraud accusations.

Ichchha Raj Tamang, Keshav Lal Shrestha, and Pravin Mukhiya are the mall’s owners.

Along with Tamang, Shrestha, and Mukhiya, the guarantors are Lal Kaji Gurung, Ram Krishna Poudel, Harihar Prasad Lamichhane, Pravin Prasad Pradhan, and Suman Nandan Vaidya. The auction notice was issued after the firm failed to pay the loan’s principal and interest on time, according to fund sources.
