Night flights to Nepalgunj Airport are now possible.
Earlier, airline companies had to pay an extra fee to operate flights after 6 pm, but that fee has now been waived, according to airport chief Subhash Jha.
He said that airlines will now be able to operate regular flights till 12:00 am midnight. Earlier, the airlines used to operate flights after 6 PM, but the regular flight time was limited only from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm.
Jha informed Republica that the new rules have been enforced from April 28 and the airport
will be open all day till midnight.
