Today, CPN-UML Chairperson KP Sharma Oli will make a public appeal to voters.
Oli is expected to make an election appeal, according to party head Bishnu Rimal.
At 10:30 a.m., Oli will address the voters from the UML’s Tulsilal Smriti Bhawan Chyasal headquarters.
