Kathmandu, May 2
The government has agreed to offer a public holiday for Eid, which occurs on May 3rd.
The Ministry of Home Affairs has announced that the day of Eid (Ul ul Fitr) for Muslims would be a public holiday, according to information published in the Nepal Gazette.
”This notification has been published for the information of those involved regarding the public holiday on Tuesday, May 2, 2022,” the ministry stated in a statement released on Monday.
