Kathmandu, April 25
UML’s Bijay Subedi has registered his candidature for the post of Mayor of Chitwan’s Bharatpur Metropolitan City.
On Monday, Subedi reached the office of the Chief Election Officer along with a large number of party cadres and registered his candidature.
Subedi had resigned from the post of state assembly member a few days before the mayor’s candidacy.
