Corona Virus (Covid-19) infection has been on the rise in neighboring India recently, according to the Ministry of Health and Population, which has urged Nepal to be cautious.
Although the number of illnesses looked to be minimal, the ministry warned in a statement on Thursday that the possibility of an epidemic remained high. ”Because the danger of infection remains high,” the statement stated, ”we advise the authorities to play an effective role in preventing and managing the illness, as well as to comply with public health norms.”
The ministry has also advised all individuals who have not yet been vaccinated against corona to visit their local vaccination facility as soon as possible and receive a booster dose three months after their initial vaccine to ensure that they are fully protected.
