Kathmandu, April 15
Ghalegaun, located in Kwholasothar Gaonpalika-3 of Lamjung, known as Smart Village, is being declared a happy village today.
Former Prime Minister and UML Chairman KP Sharma Oli is scheduled to declare Ghalegaon a happy village today.
Ghalegaun, which has twice been declared a model village in South Asia, is also known as one of the best homestay villages in Gandaki.
At present, out of 135 houses in Ghalegaun, 42 houses can be operated to serve more than 300 guests daily.
