Kathmandu, April 7
A meeting of the Council of Ministers is taking place today.
The cabinet meeting will be held at the Prime Minister’s official residence, Baluwatar at 4 pm.
According to a Baluwatar source, today’s meeting will focus on the election code of conduct for the May 13 local elections as well as make various appointments.
This is a regular meeting which takes place twice a week – every Monday and Thursday.
The Election Commission (EC) is preparing to impose the election code of conduct for the
upcoming local elections starting tomorrow (Friday).
