Binod Chaudhary, Nepal’s only billionaire, has become the 1929 richest person in the world.
According to Forbes’ international rankings, Chaudhary has managed to maintain his position with a total worth of 1.5 billion dollars. In 2021, he was rated 2141st.
Chaudhary’s wealth has also grown by $100 million in a year. Last year, he had a net worth of $1.4 billion, according to the magazine. Apart from Indian billionaires, Chaudhary is the only billionaire in South Asia. None of the other SAARC nations have billionaires on Forbes’ list.
During the Covid-19 outbreak, his fortune, which was 1349th in 2019, had dropped. Chaudhary has been able to improve it.
Elon Musk, an American millionaire, is ranked first on Forbes’ list of billionaires. He has worth 219 billion dollars. He has ties to the motor industry. Jeff Bezos, an American billionaire, comes in second. According to the publication, the United States has the most billionaires, followed by China and India.
