The Communist Party of Nepal’s General Secretary, Netra Bikram Chand Biplob, has stated that the US aid project MCC cannot be executed without the permission of the Nepalese parliament.
Biplob told the Scientific Socialist Communist Party’s National Gathering that Upper Karnali had been stopped. ”Dailekh and Achham conspired in Nepal to kidnap Karnali from the Himalayan foothills and transport him to Lucknow,” he stated. Even today, it has come to a halt.’
He stated that they must now establish a front in order to resist MCC. ”The MCC cannot be
implemented without the parliament’s permission. With the brokers’ surrender, the MCC
cannot be executed” he stated.
