Kathmandu, March 22
Joint medical training between US Army and Nepal Army has started in Kathmandu.
According to the Military Public Relations and Information Directorate, experiences will be
exchanged in the training on what kind of medical supplies are needed in case of emergency and how to be prepared.
The training, conducted at the Birendra Hospital and Mahavir Gana Ranger in the Kathmandu camp, will exchange experiences with US troops on how to make health care effective during various operations and natural disasters.
Eighteen American soldiers and 42 Nepalese military trainees are participating in the training.
