Kathmandu, March 18
On charges of bribery and granting permits, nine people have been charged, including Gokul Sharma Poudel, the then acting head of the Kaski Transportation Management Office.
Authorities have charged nine persons, including Sharma, with allegedly providing driver’s licenses to those who failed the test.
