In five areas, the Nepal Municipal Association has designated seven municipalities as good. On Sunday, the organization announced the finest municipalities as part of its 29 th -anniversary celebration.
Waling and Putalibazar municipalities in Syangja, according to the organization, have excelled in institutional development, service delivery, and sound financial governance. In the same way, Dhading’s Nilkantha Municipality excelled in urban planning, infrastructure development, and disaster management, whereas Ilam Municipality excelled in a forest environment and climate change.
Similarly, the Sarlahi municipalities of Hariwan and Tilottama, as well as the Chitwan municipalities of Rapti, have succeeded in local economic growth.
