Kathmandu, February 27
The ruling coalition is convening to ratify the Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) project of American assistance.
Bhanu Deuba, the Chief Personal Secretary of Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba, said the
coalition meeting started on Sunday at the Prime Minister’s official residence in Baluwatar.
The meeting, which was scheduled to start at 10 am, started around 11 am after Prachanda arrived late.
