Without bringing people to Tanahu, the tower connection work of the Bandipur Cable Car,
which is under construction in Bandipur, has begun. Bandipur Cable Car and Tourism Limited, which is speeding up infrastructure development, has begun work on tower connections.
Starting from Bandipur Gaonpalika-4 Thuldhunga, the cable car travels to Baralthok in the same ward. Three towers have been connected, according to the company’s chairman, Ram Chandra Sharma.
The cable car will connect 11 towers in total. ”We’ve set a three-month deadline for completing the tower link. Work is presently in full swing ”he stated.
The cable car proposal also includes the construction of a five-star hotel at the top station.
Sharma stated that the work has been intensified, despite the fact that some work has been slowed as a result of Covid.
Infrastructure is also being built at the lower station, according to him. ”Due to the impact of Covid, the project work has been delayed. We’ve also stepped up our general efforts as the risk of Covid has decreased ”he stated.
Hotels and cable cars have been refurbished by Ltd. Due to the expanded capacity of cable cars and hotels, investment has grown to Rs. 2.60 billion.
The cable car’s capacity has been expanded from 300 to 500 passengers per hour. The hotel’s capacity has been raised from 66 to 87 rooms.
Sharma stated that all of the construction on the cable car and the bottom station will be done in February 2023.
From April 14, 2022, the firm had devised a strategy to complete the cable car project with
tourism infrastructure, as well as the entire infrastructure package, which included a hotel.
The building of the multi-dimensional four-star hotel of the upper station is expected to be
completed and the project put into operation on September 18, 2023. Prior to that, the corporation plans to start using Restozone on February 13, 2022.
”The cable car’s restaurant facilities have become a popular attraction and hot product. We’re getting ready to offer this service every day from 5 p.m. to 9 pm ”Sharma stated. According to him, becau e restaurants will be available in both the lower and upper stations, services in the restaurant package will be available.
There will be landscaping and artificial waterfalls here as well. Bandipur Ghadi: The goal is to have Bandipur Garden reflect Bandipur’s history. From the top five floors of the bottom station, a magnificent waterfall will be produced within this garden. According to Sharma, it is believed to attract tourists. A water park and a musical water performance are also on the agenda.
The only automobile connecting Bandipur Gaonpalika-4 from Thuldhungaswara to Baralthok
may also see the Siddha Cave at Bimalnagar, which is said to be Asia’s largest. The cable car will travel from Thuldhungaswara to Bandipur’s highest point, passing through Siddhagufa. Only 600 meters will be covered in one kilometer.

Ltd., Tourism Investment Fund Limited, Bandipur village municipality, and villagers have all contributed to the cable car project’s construction.
