An all-party meeting has been convened today to discuss the name of Province 1.
The government has called an all-party meeting in Biratnagar on Tuesday to discuss the name of the state.
As the province has not got its name even after reaching an agreement on the permanent
headquarters of the province, the provincial government is striving to make a consensus on the province name.
According to sources, all the parliamentary party leaders of the political parties in the provincial parliament, their province committee chairmen and the ministers will attend the meeting.
