Kathmandu, February 18
The meeting of the House of Representatives (HoR) is scheduled to be held at 1 pm today.At today’s meeting, the government wants to table for approval of the US Assistance Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) agreement.
Ruling Nepali Congress has stated that it would table the MCC in the HoR meeting today. However, there has been no agreement on this issue among the ruling coalition partners.
A meeting of the Business Advisory Committee is being held before the meeting of the House of Representatives. Speaker Agni Prasad Sapkota has called a meeting of the Business Advisory Committee (BAC) to fix agenda items for the HoR meeting at 11:30 am.
