Kathmandu, February 11, 2022
Rawa Energy Development Limited is going to issue ordinary shares (IPO) to the public. The company has appointed Prabhu Capital Limited as the issue and sale manager for the IPO.
The agreement was signed by Badri Prasad Gautam, Chairman of RAWA Energy Development Limited and Dinesh Thakali, Managing Director of Prabhu Capital Limited.
The company is constructing Upper Rawakhola Small Hydropower Project on Rawa Khola in
Kepilasgadhi village municipality of Khotang district.
The company, which has constructed a 3 MW capacity project, has now completed 100 percent of the construction work.
The company currently has a working capital of Rs. 200 million, Rs. 20 million for 200,000 units and a total of 399,000 ordinary shares worth Rs. 199,000 are to be issued to the public.
