The Nepali Congress is reaffirming its support for the 1950 treaty, the Koshi, Gandaki and
Mahakali Accords, and its history of trauma to national independence and interests by backing the MCC agreement, which has a treasonous provision. It is Congress that is spreading liberalism by destroying the industries of the country and increasing its dependency.
