The wealth of the world’s 10 richest people has doubled in the Covid-19 epidemic, according to the charity Oxfam.

According to Oxfam, the wealth of the world’s 10 richest people has doubled, but so has the number of people living in poverty. According to Oxfam, the total wealth of the world’s 10 richest people has more than doubled since March 2020.

The total wealth of the world’s 10 richest people has risen from 700 billion to 1.5 trillion in the Covid-19 epidemic. Of this, Musk’s wealth alone has grown by more than 1,000 percent, while Gates’wealth has grown by only 30 percent.

According to Forbes, the world’s richest people are Elon Musk, Jeff Bezos, Bernard Arnold, Bill Gates, Larry Ellison, Larry Page, Sergey Brin, Mark Zuckerberg, Steve Ballmer and Barren Buffett.

With 99 per cent of the world’s population living a miserable life due to the epidemic, a new billionaire is added every day, said Dhananjay Sreesanth Raja, chief executive of Oxfam Great Britain.

”This year has seen unimaginable,” said Sriskandaraja. "Every day during the epidemic, one billionaire is born, while 99 percent of the world’s population suffers from deforestation, low international trade and tourism, pushing 160 million people into poverty.”

”There are serious flaws in our economic system,” he said.

Oxfam’s latest report claims that 21,000 people die every day due to low incomes of the world’s poorest people. Oxfam has been releasing its report on global inequality since the start of the World Economic Forum in Davos in late January.

Most of the time business and political leaders, celebrities, campaigners, economists and journalists come together to have discussions, fun gatherings and conversations. Due to the discovery of the new Omicron variant, this time the meeting will be held through virtual media and the meeting will discuss the future path of the epidemic, the inequality seen in vaccination and the infection, according to the BBC.
