Kathmandu, January 11
A man in the United States has had a pig heart transplant. This is the first time in the world that a pig’s heart has been successfully transplanted into a human.
According to the BBC, David Bennett, 57, of Baltimore has had a successful heart transplant. According to doctors, the heart transplant took seven hours. According to the BBC, Bennett is in good health after the transplant.
‘It simply came to our notice then. However, it is unknown at this time what he will do after leaving the post.
Before the operation, Bennett had said that the transplant was like ”live or die.” ”I know it’s like shooting an arrow in the dark, but it was the last chance,” he said.
