Minister for Communications and Information Technology Gyanendra Bahadur Karki is sitting in Home Isolation.
Minister Karki is sitting in Home Isolation after CPN (Maoist Center) Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ and leader Narayan Kaji Shrestha were infected with the corona virus on Saturday.
Minister for Communications Karki, who is also the spokesperson of the government, had
attended the meeting of the ruling coalition on Friday. He informed that he will return to work regularly after the PCR test results.
Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba has also been in isolation since Saturday. Maoist leaders Haribol Gajurel, Matrika Yadav, Dor Prasad Upadhyaya, Ram Prasad Sapkota, Ramesh Malla and others have also been confirmed infected.
