The alliance is preparing to win 19 seats in the National Assembly

The election of the National Assembly has been discussed in the meeting of the High-Level
Political Coordination Committee of the ruling coalition. Minister for Communications
Gyanendra Karki informed that the discussion was focused on winning the joint candidate of the five-party alliance in the National Assembly election to be held on Magh 12.

Minister Karki said that the coalition has formed a committee for the National Assembly
election and the committee will continue its work. Durga Poudel, who was present at the
meeting of the committee, informed Ratopati that a committee has been formed in the same state to coordinate with the Nepali Congress.

He said, “Committees have been formed in all the states to coordinate with the Nepali
Congress. Leaders of the respective states from five parties will be included in the committee.

He will coordinate to win the National Assembly candidate.” There is coordination in the
National Assembly between the Congress, Maoist Center, CPN-Unified Socialist, Janata
Samajwadi Party and Rastriya Janamorcha.

The coalition is preparing to win 19 seats in the upcoming National Assembly elections.
Accordingly, a committee led by senior Congress leader Ram Chandra Poudel is in intensive
discussions to win all the seats.
