Binod Chaudhary said: I have been elected as per the constitution, there is no point in crying

Kathmandu, January 6

Nepali Congress central member Binod Chaudhary has claimed that he was duly elected from the 14th general convention and said that there was no point in crying.

He made the response public after a complaint was lodged demanding the dismissal of
Chaudhary’s central member post.

General Committee member of Siraha Constituency No. 3 Dr. Subhash Chandra Yadav has
lodged a complaint with the Election Commission seeking dismissal of Chaudhary’s post. In a press note, Chaudhary said, ”There is no point in crying that it is not legal.” Such behavior is not expected in a democratic party like the Nepali Congress. ‘

”If anyone thought I was ineligible, why was the protest not protested at that time?” He asked.

In the election of the 14th General Convention of the Nepali Congress, Chaudhary Central
Member (from Madhesi side) had won by getting 2206 votes. Subhash Chandra of Siraha, who was competing for the same medal, was defeated in the sixth position.

Regarding Yadav’s complaint, Chaudhary said, ”I have taken it in the mood of those who are terrified of my political activism.” My dream is to build a prosperous Nepal. I have come to politics to support the Nepali Congress leadership in this campaign to the fullest. ”
